  • Employees: Use of hand sanitizer/wash hands before approaching tables.

  • Dining Areas: All seating areas thoroughly sanitized/cleaned between seatings. 

Kitchen/Back of House

  • Hand washing required: Regularly & Continuously

  • Prep Stations: Cutting Boards Cleaned/ Sanitized exceeding State health requirements

  • All serveware washed, rinsed & sanitized with Ecolab commercial dishwasher system
